☐ Contact lists updated
Up-to-date contact lists for internal staff, external services, authorities, and emergency partners are maintained and accessible at all times.
☐ Backup power available
Reliable backup power systems (e.g., generators) are installed and ready to ensure continued operation during power outages.
☐ Alternative water supply identified
Emergency supply options such as tankers, standby sources, or interconnections with other systems are defined and ready for activation.
☐ Emergency equipment available
Necessary emergency tools and equipment are stored, maintained, and readily accessible when needed.
☐ Exercises conducted
Regular emergency drills are carried out to test procedures, improve coordination, and identify weaknesses in the response system.
